Dokument shrnuje výsledky dotačního programu MPSV na podporu veřejně účelných aktivit seniorských a proseniorských organizací s celostátní působností za rok 2024. V jeho rámci bylo podpořeno 32 organizací, které své aktivity zaměřovaly přímo na podporu seniorů a jimž se podařilo podpořit na 126 tisíc osob, a to převážně prostřednictvím vzdělávacích programů, poradenství, sportovních a preventivních aktivit a mezigenerační spolupráce. Program dále zahrnoval podporu jedné organizace, jejíž pracovníci se zapojili do mezinárodní spolupráce a zahraničních aktivit s cílem inspirovat se a přenést příklady zahraniční dobré praxe v oblasti podpory seniorů do českého prostředí. Součástí dotačního programu bylo také posílení kapacit jedné střešní seniorské organizace, jež poskytovala převážně metodickou podporu stovkám členských a jiných subjektů. Předkládaná evaluace dokumentuje význam činnosti pro/seniorských organizací v oblasti podpory seniorů. Upozorňuje rovněž na dílčí problémy se získáváním zpětné vazby od seniorů i potřebu jasnějších metodických informací v samotné žádosti o dotaci i pro vyplňování monitorovacích listů.
Abstract
The document summarizes the results of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs‘ subsidy program to support publicly beneficial activities of senior and pro-senior organizations with nationwide scope for 2024. It supported 32 organizations that focused their activities directly on supporting seniors and managed to support 126 thousand people, mainly through educational programs, consulting, sports and preventive activities, and intergenerational cooperation. The program also included support for one organization whose employees participated in international cooperation and foreign activities with the aim of being inspired and transferring examples of foreign good practice to Czech conditions. The subsidy program also included strengthening the capacities of an umbrella senior organization, which provided mainly methodological support to hundreds of members and other entities. The presented evaluation documents the importance of the activities of pro/senior organizations. It also points out some problems with obtaining feedback from seniors and the need for clearer methodical information in the subsidy application itself and for filling out monitoring sheets.
