Description:

Survey of older persons (55 and over) who have lost their jobs (their decisions on solutions of their situation by means of different social benefits). Survey of selected companies (how to use early retirement measures during their transformation). Expenditure analysis on different forms of security of older workers (before persionable age) who have lost their employment. International comparison of early retirementregulations and their use as a stabilizing tool with respect to labour market situation.
