The output of the project will be in the form of a certified methodology enabling the creation of pension policy to take into account – identified factors influencing individuals’ decisions on retirement – the relative importance of these factors – the existence of different segments of system participants with specific characteristics. The final report containing such a methodology will be submitted to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in December 2017.
