Description:

Ergodiagnostics has a key and irreplaceable role in the field of PWD diagnostics. For these people it is necessary to map the impact of their health problems on the possibilities of employment on the regional labour market, but also on the possibilities of further professional direction after a possible change in functional health status. The cooperation between individual EDCs and the Labour Office of the Czech Republic is unique in the context of the Pregnet project and it is necessary and highly desirable to maintain and strengthen it in the long term. The funds spent on the provision of the ergodiagnostic process are an expenditure of the state employment policy. In order to maintain a systematic approach to the assessment of the work potential of PWDs for employment and vocational rehabilitation purposes, it is desirable to keep the ergodiagnostic procedures and their costing up to date. With regard to the development of the subject matter and the need to maintain standardisation of its provision, it is necessary to map the functionality of the whole system and analyse the whole process of ergodiagnostics after about 10 years.
