Description:

The research task will build on the newly expanded web application of the QWL and the theoretical and empirical foundations gathered in the past years, in order to update the time series on the quality of working life in the Czech Republic for the next years and to further expand the content of the website for use by the wider public. This content will be in the form of two peer-reviewed articles on QWL and follow-up policy briefs, newsletters and similar materials to build awareness of QWL issues in the Czech Republic and to provide a basis for improvement.  The main benefit for experts will be up-to-date data on QWL. For workers and employers, it will be tools to understand, quantify and improve QWL.
