Description:

The project aims to determine the setting of payments to homes for persons with disabilities, to identify the amounts of arrears concerning such payments and to create models concerning increasing, decreasing and changing the relevant payment mechanisms and the various practical impacts on the target group. The results of the project will serve as the basis for the implementation of parametric changes to the so-called Reimbursement Decree No. 505/2006 Coll. of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on social services. Furthermore, the results of the research will be used with concern to possible changes to Act No. 111/2006 Coll. on assistance in material need, focusing on those in the target group of clients dependent on residential services.
