Indicators of the integration of third country nationals in the Czech Republic
The project builds on the results of previously completed projects in this area funded by the European Fund for the Integration of Third Country Nationals (EIF) which charted the situation in the period 2009–2015 in six-monthly intervals.
The aim of the project consists of the continuous monitoring of integration processes using tried and tested tools and methodologies and the provision of information for evaluation purposes during the integration of third country nationals (TCN) in the Czech Republic. The project contributes towards ensuring the necessary continuity of the current outputs intended for the Asylum and Migration Policy of the Ministry of the Interior. In addition to basic outputs from the “System of Quantitative Indicators” which monitored the integration of third country nationals from 31 December 2015 and 30 June 2016, documents were processed evaluating the development of the views of the majority society in the Czech Republic on TCNs living in the country with respect to six selected subject areas up to 2016 including other results from “TCN Criminality in the Czech Republic in the period 2013–2015”, which includes comparisons of TCN crime with that of the Czech population based on data provided by the Police Authority, the involvement of TCNs in organised crime, and the share of total criminality of TCNs from selected countries.
