Mgr. Renata Kyzlinková, Ph.D.
Renata Kyzlinková graduated with a master’s degree in sociology at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University and demography at the Faculty of Science, Charles University, where she subsequently continued her doctoral studies (Ph.D. 2010). She completed research and study internships at the University of Otago in New Zealand (2003) and the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research in Rostock, Germany (2000). She specialises is social science research in the fields of working conditions, social dialogue and the organisation of work. Given her academic background in demography, she also works on projects that focus on family policy, primarily concerning issues related to the connection between, and reconciliation of, work and family life. She is actively involved in a number of international projects. Since 2005, she and her team have been the Czech correspondent of the European EUROFOUND research foundation.
