Description:

The aim of the research task is to analyse and map the current situation, provide a comparison with relevant foreign practices, and develop proposals for appropriate changes and adjustments concerning labour-law aspects, OHS, and the related legislation and regulations, as well as recommendations for labour inspection authorities. This research task will be carried out in cooperation with the Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
