Enhancing Social Partners’ and Social Dialogue Capacity in the New World of Work
This joint project conducted by the International Labour Organisation and the European Commission focuses on the role and capacities of social partners in the new world of work. The aim of the project was to increase the involvement of social partners both at the European and national levels and to increase their awareness of the impact of labour market changes. Social partners from the Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Poland, Romania, Greece, Spain, Sweden and Turkey have already agreed on the topics that are important for them including the representativeness and autonomy of social partners and the digitalisation of work. As part of the project, RILSA acted as one of the national experts and, together with Czech social partners, worked to determine a national opinion on the topic. The results of the project will serve to inform both European social partners and EU decision-making bodies of the capacities of social partners in the selected countries.
