Description:

The assessment of work/work activities based on complexity, responsibility and strenuousness forms the basis of the differentiation of earnings and, at the same time, provides a tool for ensuring the payment of a fair remuneration for employees. The current social, technical, technological and organisational development of society is leading to changes in the demands of work itself and is creating a need for the updating of the aspects according to which the complexity, responsibility and strenuousness of work are assessed. The main objective of the project is to create a tool for equal remuneration and the maintaining of the principle of fair earnings through the relevant assessment of the complexity, responsibility and strenuousness of work (Section 110 of Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labour Code).
