The research task, in addition to expanding the necessary information base, has the ambition to identify some factors of lumbar spine disorders in real conditions of selected enterprises and work systems where problems with musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), including lumbar spine, occur and, on this basis, to propose new preventive and screening examinations to determine occupational disease, methodology for determining occupational disease, comparison of existing methodologies and use of results for the pursued goal (higher level), designing preventive and rehabilitation measures for the purpose of occupational health services.
