Methodological Validation and an Implementation Model for Measuring Quality of Working Life at the Organisational Level
The project focuses on the methodological validation and practical implementation of measuring quality of working life at the organizational level. Its aim is to develop a comprehensive theoretical and methodological framework for regular, anonymous, and efficient data collection on employee well-being, complemented by automated data analysis and the generation of personalized, evidence-based recommendations for both employees and employers. Building on existing certified instruments used at the population level, the project extends their applicability to individual organizations across different sizes and sectors. The proposed solution includes the development of an online platform using modern analytical methods and elements of artificial intelligence, pilot testing of the methodology in selected organizations, and the publication of peer-reviewed academic outputs. The project supports improved monitoring of psychosocial risks, promotes employee health, and provides robust evidence to inform strategic decision-making and labour market policy.
