Description:

The aim of the project is to map the approaches of employers to the integration of foreigners from third countries and specific integration measures implemented by employers in the Czech Republic both at the company and sectoral level. Effective elements of integration policy will be identified and weaknesses in employee-employer relations will be described. As a result, appropriate integration measures will be proposed to strengthen the involvement of employers in the process of integration of foreigners from third countries. The results of the implemented project will support the effectiveness of employers’ involvement in the integration measures of the Czech Republic and will support the effectiveness of the involvement of other actors (employers, employees from third countries, NGOs) in the integration measures and will also provide data and information support for employers to design and implementation of possible integration activities and measures.
