Project end:

Description:

The project is based on the requirement of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs to incorporate the regulation of “shared job positions” into the Labour Code. At the same time, it aims to map out how other flexible forms of work are used in the Czech Republic and other EU countries, including, for example, the performance of work away from the workplace provided by the employer, i.e. so-called homeworking. The project also ascertains whether and, if so, under what conditions such forms of employment are of interest, the various requirements with respect to both employers and employees, to what extent these forms of work are used and their legal regulation in EU countries.
