Description:

The project aims to address dilemmas in adult social care commissioning associated with individualisation. These dilemmas have recently entered court rooms and resulted in an international complaint against Czech republic. Central to the dillemas associated with social care individualisation are uncertainties associated with measurement of individual care and support needs and its translation across commissioning and delivery frameworks.
This project will map variation in existing practice, assess selected measurement and monitoring devices, and co-produce a locally tailored commissioninig mechanism to improve individualised social care delivery.
