Ing. Miroslava Rákoczyová, Ph.D.
Miroslava Rákoczyová studied public economics at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the Masaryk University in Brno and subsequently continued her doctoral studies in social policy and social work at the Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk University in Brno, which she completed in 2006. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the same faculty. She underwent study internships at Roskilde University in Roskilde, Denmark, and at the Central European University in Budapest. Her professional interests lie in the labour market, active employment policy, and social exclusion and inclusion. She has long been interested in the situation of foreigners in the Czech Republic and, since 2020, has also been involved in creating a methodology for the collection of data on the Roma population in the Czech Republic. From 2000 to 2007, she lectured at the Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk University in Brno.
