Biography

Kateřina Jurčová earned her engineering degree at the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague. She specializes in risk prevention, crisis management, and civil protection. Since 2020 she has been employed at the Occupational Safety Research Institute (now RILSA), where she focuses on occupational safety and health issues. In 2023, she qualified as a first aid instructor. She has extensive research experience and has contributed to numerous projects. Her primary professional interest lies in occupational safety and health and risks associated with Industry 4.0.
