Description:

The subject is the elaboration of the study “Flexible Forms of Work in the Czech Republic” for the Confederation of Industry and Transport of the Czech Republic within the framework of a public contract. The intention of the contract is to map the current situation in the application of flexible forms of work in the Czech Republic, while taking into account the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on changes in the application of flexible forms of work. Attention will be focused on the most common forms of flexible forms, such as shared work, work from another place, shorter working hours, work agreement, work agreement, etc. The elaborated study will provide the Contracting Authority, based on the survey and analysis, mapping the situation and knowledge especially about changes in the use of individual flexible forms of work, taking into account the degree of pandemic covid-19, evaluation of employers’ experience with flexible forms of work, advantages and disadvantages application of flexible forms of work, specified conditions of application of flexible forms of work, for individual forms used, including recommendations for the use of flexible forms of work designed on the basis of synthesis of knowledge and findings obtained from analyzes and surveys.
