Description:

The aim of the project was to provide social partners with information about the scope of work in a digitalised industry, which requires both new competences from employees and places new demands on them. Individuals are expected to be flexible, independent and able to solve increasingly project-based work tasks in their work. The introduction and use of modern technologies is significantly changing working conditions. Thanks to digitalisation, automation and robotisation, individual workplaces and the nature of work are changing significantly. The quality of working life is not only essential for the employee himself, but also for his employer, because productivity and the quality of work performed depend on it.
