Biography

Jaroslava Rudolfová earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management with a specialization in Public Administration and also holds a diploma in Socio-Legal Studies (DiS.). Between 2005 and 2020, she worked at the Labour Office of the Czech Republic, where she held several professional positions, including Specialist for Active Employment Policy in the Labour Market Department – Foreign Employment, Career Guidance Counsellor, Placement Adviser – Specialist in Individual Action Plans, and Unemployment Benefits Specialist – Verifier.

Since March 2020, she has worked at the Occupational Safety Research Institute (now RILSA). Initially, she was part of the Project Department, focusing mainly on preparing project budgets, coordinating project team staffing, and providing administrative support to research teams. Since March 2025, she has been serving as Acting Head of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health. As a member of research teams, she has contributed to projects such as Legal regulation of agency employment in comparison with other EU countries and posting of workers under § 43a of the labour code in the context of OSH, Employment relations and OSH in the context of compliance with obligations under § 316 of the labour code, and Analysis and assessment of the current practical and legal status of OSH at construction sites in the Czech Republic, with particular emphasis on the role of OSH coordinators before and after amendment No. 88/2016 Coll. to Act No. 309/2006 Coll.
