Ing. Jana Ranglová
Jana Ranglová is a graduate of the Prague University of Economics and Business, where she studied International Trade and Occupational Safety. Since 2019, she has been working at the Occupational Safety Research Institute (now RILSA), focusing on occupational safety and health and psychosocial risks. As a principal investigator, she has led research projects on mobbing, bossing, and staffing, illegal employment of foreigners, digitalization in the field of OSH, and compensation for occupational injuries and diseases. She has also participated in projects dealing with agency employment, occupational health assessments, the work of OSH coordinators at construction sites, and the functioning of ergodiagnostic centers. She is a certified risk prevention specialist under Act No. 309/2006 Coll. and a trainer in experiential first aid methods. She also contributes to analyses on OSH issues for both employers’ and trade unions’ associations.
