Biography

Filip Hon graduated in economic demography from the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics of the University of Economics in Prague, where he subsequently completed his doctoral studies (Ph.D., 2023). In recognition of his excellent academic results, he was a participant in the “Supporting Excellence in Doctoral Study Programmes at the University of Economics” project (RP901531) in 2021. He is currently a member of the Department of Demography at the University of Economics and has been a member of the Czech Demographic Society since 2019. His professional interests lie in social policy and demographic forecasting.
