Ing. Andrea Macháčková
Andrea Macháčková studied Economics and Management of Mechanical Engineering Production at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague, specializing in ergonomics. Since 1995 she has worked at the Occupational Safety Research Institute (now RILSA). Her work initially focused on the design and certification of workplaces from an ergonomic perspective. Since 2017, she has specialized in evaluating ergonomic aspects of occupational musculoskeletal disorders and identifying workplace risk factors. She contributes to projects aimed at designing and implementing ergonomic improvements to workplaces in order to improve working conditions, increase employee comfort, and prevent health issues related to physical workload.
