Accredited Testing Laboratory No. 1040

Testing Laboratory No. 1040 was accredited on July 20, 1993, as an integral part of State Testing Institute No. 235. Within its scope, it was authorized to perform 86 accredited tests in the field of personal protective equipment and 9 tests in the field of temporary building structures. After the enactment of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., the construction laboratory was separated from the testing laboratory, and since then both laboratories have operated independently. At present, the Testing Laboratory is authorized to perform 61 accredited tests in the field of respiratory, head, hand, and body protection.
