RNDr. Stanislav Malý, Ph.D., DBA
Stanislav Malý is a specialist in occupational risk prevention, ergonomics, human factor reliability, industrial safety, major accident prevention, and fire protection. Since 1980, he has worked at the Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology (today the National Institute of Public Health). Since 1990, he has been employed at the Occupational Safety Research Institute (today RILSA), where he focuses on these areas, including expert witness activities.
He graduated from the Faculty of Science, Charles University, and completed his doctoral studies at the Faculty of Safety Engineering, VSB–Technical University of Ostrava. He draws on his extensive experience from both research institutions and academia, where he serves as guarantor of selected doctoral study programs.
He has participated in numerous research projects, recently focusing mainly on ergonomics and musculoskeletal disorders. He is an advocate of holistic solutions in ergonomics and occupational risk prevention.
