Biography
Marcela Petrová Kafková studied sociology at the Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University. Her long-term research interests lie in social gerontology and the sociology of ageing. Specifically, she focuses on issues of autonomy, relationships and power in care, as well as on discourses of active and healthy ageing.
